   -2-In 1993, some of graduated students of Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, after granting the permission for setting up an Engineering services and quality improvement license from the ministry of heavy industries, attempted to establish Puya Arzyab Co. This newly born company, after 4 years of successful activities in NDT engineering services, was awarded the official license of engineering services from the ministry of heavy industries in 1997. The success trend continued by achievement of expertise license issued by the Iran Standard Institute and led to the level one technical inspection title from Iran Planning and Administration Organization 2001. Then, we began new activities and give an official distributor for IPS developments (software) easy self education and verification IPS NDT Training software for PT, MT, UT, ET and RT certificates (ASNT level 1, 2 & 3).

   As you can find in our web site in attached addresses (www.puyaarzyab.com or http://www.paceco.org) we have very closed friendly relation with Iranian Industrial governments and centers (Iranian Industry ministry, Iranian Oil ministry, Iranian Standard Institute …) after our 15 years activities in national standard compilation (such as solvate acetylene tank, refillable compressed gas cylinders, NDT radiography testing for welded and seamless steel cylinders …) now we can do very professional NDT engineering services so such as RBI,Teletest, Aquatic Emission …

   In the first of 1999 we propagate our activities and did joint with 2 Iranian and 2 UAE’s companies to do working in different fields of activities such as Non Destructive Testing Equipment and services, Home Appliances and Commodities, petrochemical raw materials, car paint & consumers, Hygienic & cosmetic consumers in Iran and Persian Gulf. Following are some brands/companies that our groups have:

   - Turkey (Istanbul) company & offices is under construction
